Prices
Two prices, published in full.
One rate within each seat type, whatever the size of firm. Every person at the firm holds a seat, support and administrative staff included, at the same rate.
The subscription
All prices plus VAT, for each person a month. The minimum is three seats on either product.
If your firm is free to move
The platform
£185 for each person a month on a standard seat, £365 on a heavy seat, plus VAT. The whole practice on one system with the assistant built in.

The assistant on its own
£115 for each person a month on a standard seat, £295 on a heavy seat, plus VAT. Inside the system you run today.
See the assistant →Standard seat and heavy seat
The heavy seat costs £180 more on both products, because the platform costs no more to serve for a heavy user and the uplift belongs to the assistant.
- You choosethe seat type for each person, mixed in one firm, changed on a month's notice
- Standard seat5,000 pages read and 100,000 words drafted by the assistant a month
- Heavy seat50,000 pages and 500,000 words, for banking, mergers and acquisitions and large disclosure
- Pooledthe allowance pools across all your seats, so a quiet seat covers a busy one
Fair use and launch prices
Beyond the pooled allowance you pay £8 for each further 1,000 pages read and £5 for each further 10,000 words drafted, shown on the invoice as one line, and you can set your own cap in Settings. A fee earner whose own reading or drafting goes past a standard seat’s allowance two months running moves to a heavy seat from the month after, and you are told after the first month. Every price is a launch price. Where the cost of the models that serve the assistant rises substantially, the published price may rise on 90 days written notice, and a firm may end its subscription on that notice rather than pay more. Subscriptions to other providers are not within the price. A firm’s own subscription to a legal research or know how service, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw or Practical Law, can be connected to the platform and stays on that provider’s own terms and at that provider’s own cost, so a firm that already pays for it pays nothing more.
